GPS Tracking

Our systems not only track personnel on a real-time ‘turn-by-turn’ basis (providing “alerts” to predefined events as they happen) but also offer excellent historic reporting tools.
GPS Tracking can be added to our Nottinghamshire based trunked radio units; in short you can have an open two-way conversation with your personnel (on an individual or group basis) whilst tracking there locations. Personnel can carry a hand-held Radio & small GPS receiver or the equipment can be vehicle based. This is an excellent cost effective solution for fleets travelling within Nottinghamshire.
How it works
A small GPS Receiver is installed in either the Vehicle or the Portable Radio. The GPS Receiver automatically sends the Location, Date, Time, OS Grid Reference (if required) and speed of each unit. All this information is plotted onto a map which is accessed by logging onto our tracking website using your unique ID and password. Once logged into the system you can easily see your vehicle/personnel locations as well as replaying historic journeys. The system can also alert you to predefined alarms; for example Panic buttons; Excessive Speed/Idling or if a vehicle has travelled outside its usual route (Geofences). Smaller companies can access the system via our server, whereas larger companies can house the system on their own Server with full licensed software ownership.
