On selling any piece of Radio Communications equipment to a
new customer - our aim is to be here in the future as &
when required. Our service extends itself over the warranty
period & beyond.
By covering your Radio Communications equipment with a Maintenance
contract - you are guaranteed a priority service in repairing
a faulty unit.
A Maintenance contract is available at the time of purchase
or a later stage. A Maintenance contract can be anything from
a year plus for a customer.
It guarantees you as a valid customer - peace of mind!

All parts
and labour required for a repair are covered - Maintenance is
based on fair wear and tear.
As with all aspects of our service to customers - a Maintenance
contract will be tailored to your requirements.
Delivery and collection can be included.
Full one-year maintenance from as little as £39.00 per
unit. Maintenance Cover can be during normal working hours (Monday
- Friday, 9am to 5pm). An out of hours - Emergency Cover service
is available on request. Replacement units are also available
- if you can't be without!
The equipment doesn't have to be faulty, our engineers will
service equipment as part of the maintenance agreement. On-site
servicing is also available. |
